a. We will make reasonable efforts to ensure that the products are delivered to you in a timely manner. However, we are not responsible for any delays or damages caused during shipping. We do allow one replacement of a fragrance if its container is damaged during shipping. The replacement may be in a different container if the original container is out of stock. 

b. Shipping fees, if applicable, will be displayed during the checkout process.

 

5. Returns and Exchanges

a. We do not accept returns or exchanges, all sales are final.
