SHIPPING, RETURN, & EXCHANGE POLICY

All sales are final, there are no returns or exchanges.

We inspect every product prior to shipping to ensure no leaks, cracks, and imperfections. When they leave us, they are in excellent condition.

We understand that things can happen during shipping, if you receive a damaged product, please email us photos and a description of the damage within 24 hours of delivery and we will be happy to replace it. If we don't have that specific container in stock, we will send you a replacement of that scent in a different container.
